Enerji Green Tea Energy Shot is produced by Celestial Seasonings as part of their all-natural energy shot line. Pomegranate Extreme Energi has 150mg of caffeine. I was impressed by their Kombucha Extreme Shot, so when the company offered to send me samples of Enerji, I was more than willing to give it a try.
Easy to Drink Green Tea Flavor
If you're a green tea fan then you'll like this shot, if you aren't, then you probably won't like Enerji. Although they blend the green tea with 3 flavor varieties including Citrus, Berry, and Pomegranate, the green tea is prominent. I'm a fan of green tea, so all three Enerji flavors were easy to drink and weren't overly sweet and heavy like many energy shots out there.
The Enerji All-Natural Ingredients
As with their other shot, Celestial Seasonings uses only natural ingredients. The caffeine is from green tea and the shot is sweetened with cane juice and stevia.
Only a Moderate Lift
For you die-hard caffeine addicts Enerji probably won't phase you, but for those that enjoy moderate caffeine consumption, this shot will give you a nice, steady lift in energy and in mood. The Pomegranate Extreme version has 150mg of caffeine and extra B vitamins, so those with higher levels of caffeine tolerance should choose this flavor. I used these shots before my daily fitness activity and they definitely helped me perform better. I like the lift from green tea because it gives you caffeine as well as L-theanine for a focused and calm energized feeling. Celestial Seasonings has produced another winner for average caffeine consumers who like green tea based beverages.
