Hydrive Energy Water
Hydrive Energy Water has a product line consisting of 7 different flavors and functional formulations. Hydrive Energy Water is promoted as a low calorie, non-carbonated alternative to sodas or energy drinks. All flavors contain 160mg of caffeine except for Extra Power, which contains 195mg per bottle. We were recently sent all 7 flavors of Hydrive to review.

How Hydrive Tastes?
All 7 flavors seem to have the right balance of flavor and sweetness. They are all similar in sweetness as gatorade, except they lack the electrolyte flavor, with the exception of Hydrive Active. I could detect the preservative flavor, which I am not a big fan of. It reminded me of the juice barrels I drank as a kid.
It's About the Caffeine
The caffeine in Hydrive Energy Water is likely the only active ingredient in any of the varieties that will really be noticed. It's great that the product contains some vitamins and such, but the research to date tells us they don't offer any immediate energy boost. Their benefit is probably more long-term. At 160mg and 195mg of caffeine, Hydrive energy water does indeed perk a person up. Overall, Hydrive Energy Waters are a nice alternative to carbonated, overly sweet energy drinks and will appeal to those that like Gatorade or Vitamin Water, but who also want a hefty dose of caffeine.

Hydrive Energy Water contains 160 mg of caffeine in a 15.5 fl oz bottle.
This equates to 10.32 mg of caffeine for every fl oz and 34.90 mg for every 100 ml.
