    much of the benefits from quitting in this article involve people who go to the coffee shop to get all of their coffee. in fact, the only reason in this article why I would ever quit would be for the mood benefits, but really if you have coffee, you mood is fine anyways (for me my mood isn’t dependent on whether I have coffee). I guess not everyone is cut out to be a coffee drinker. Also the cost of home brewed coffee is for sure less than that of k-cup coffee, unless you get very cheap k-cup and very expensive coffee

    caffeine like any drug should be consumed reasonably irregularly 3-4 times a week probably – for health, I know people who have 6-8 cups a day ? BTW allow google adwords adverts through adblock – otherwise advertisers will find another way and free servcies will stop being free, adblock should only be used on bad sites or to stop popups – google ads are unintrusive and OK imo

    decaf still has caffeine in it Toni, only less than regular coffee. It’s up to you but I would keep going without it. Fours days without coffee is a triumph – just take it one day at a time. All the best.
