The ingredient list is minimal and each can contains 100mg of organic caffeine, 200mg of L-theanine, and 30mg of sodium from sea salt, which serves as a light hydration component.
The 2:1 ratio of L-theanine to caffeine is a deliberate formulation choice. L-theanine is an amino acid associated with alpha brain wave activity and a calming effect that is thought to moderate the sharper stimulant effects of caffeine.
