Coffee Friend Review
The company recently sent us some free samples for review.
Coffee is my morning ritual so I'm always happy to review new coffees. Coffee Friend sent me 2 different specialty coffees for review.
Colombia Geisha
This medium roasted Arabica coffee is from Huila, Colombia. It had a wonderful aroma both before and after brewing. I used it in my espresso machine and the shot produced velvety crema. I enjoyed the flavor of this medium roast coffee and it had citrusy notes.
Sigri Papua New Guinea
This medium roast was grown in Wahgi Valley, Papua New Guinea. It also had a great aroma and produced a nice shot of espresso with plenty of crema. This was one of the most unique coffees that I have tasted. It really tasted like black tea, so much so, that at one point I was confused because it tasted like tea, but I knew that it was coffee.
Overall, Coffee Friend is a great source for trying many different types of coffees grown in different regions around the world and ones that you can't find at your local grocery store.
