Punch and Lemonade Review
I received a few of these new flavors from ABB to try as the previous versions of Diet Turbo were all flavored teas.
Taste
Both the Lemonade and the Punch version start out with a nice smooth flavor but finish with an acidic tartness and artificial sweetener aftertaste. They seemed a tad too sweet for my taste.
Effect/Verdict
With no sugar and only 90mg of caffeine, these drinks barely fueled my workout. I guess the point of these drinks is to stimulate a person with caffeine, but cause his/her body to burn stored energy for fuel.
I didn't really find these enjoyable to drink or refreshing, so I will stick with just water.
