Liquid Help Energy Drink is a highly caffeinated body and brain supplement that is sugar-free and zero-calorie.

It's available in two flavors; Pucker Up and Shake That Frooty. Both flavors have the same caffeine amount.

The company sent us some samples of Liquid Help for review.

Liquid Help Energy Drink Review

Almost all of the latest products to enter the energy drink market have been highly caffeinated energy supplements due to the huge success of Bang Energy Drink. The market for energy drinks with a lot of bang for your buck remains strong. I was curious to see how Liquid Help Energy Drink would stack up against the big players in this segment.

Here's how Liquid Help tasted and performed.

Taste

liquid help energy drinkI tried both flavors of  Liquid Help and didn't hate either of them.

Shake that Frooty is a tropical flavored energy drink and overall it was pleasant to drink. Perhaps a tad too sweet for my preference but I can see it appealing to fans of this energy drink genre.

Pucker Up is a lemon-flavored energy drink and it was my favorite of the two since it was a little less sweet tasting.

I liked that both flavors used natural flavors and avoid artificial colors by keeping the color of Liquid Help clear.

Energy Ingredients

No surprises here. Liquid Help Energy Drink is pretty standard by using caffeine, B vitamins, and electrolytes.  It's sweetened with Ace-K and Sucralose.

I like that there isn't any taurine or other ingredients that can cause problems when combined with caffeine.

Liquid Help's Function

After about 10 minutes of drinking Liquid Help, I could feel the effects of the caffeine and I was much more alert and focused as a result. I sipped the drink slowly instead of drinking it as fast as I could. This is a better way to consume highly caffeinated beverages like Liquid Help.

I didn't experience jitters or any negative symptoms from Liquid Help but I am pretty habituated to caffeine. Those that aren't should probably exercise a little caution with this energy drink due to its high amount of caffeine.

Overall, Liquid Help Energy Drink is a good-tasting and effective energy supplement for those that need a boost during their workout or at their job.
