Mad Croc make a number of items including energy chews, energy gum, and of course the Mad Croc energy drink. The energy drink is available in both regular and sugar-free versions.

We stumbled across this drink at a local supermarket in Maryland while looking for some different energy drinks to review. The can did peak my interest because of the big red crocodile on it and my fascination with the beast Steve Irwin made famous.

Could this drink possible bring out the beast in me? I couldn't wait to see. I had to buy a four pack, so I put them in the fridge to chill. When chilled, I cracked the 8.4 ounce can and began to take a sip.

I quickly became confused because I thought my sister did a quick change and replaced my Mad Croc with Red Bull. Unfortunately, it was still mad croc that i was drinking and yes, I believe they were trying to copy the flavor of the original Red Bull.
