NRG MicroShot Review

NRG shots are tiny and resemble a tiny test tube. I consumed one about 20 minutes prior to going to the gym.

With only 5 ml of liquid, NRG doesn't linger long in your mouth, but the flavor of the small amount of liquid is pleasent and easy to drink.

Apple Cider is correct in describing the flavor.

Energy Ingredients:

NRG MicroShots have an energy blend of 1360 mg consisting of:

In addition to that, NRG contains vitamins B3, B6, and B12.

NRG Effect

I definitly experienced a nice lift from NRG and it did help me at the gym squeeze out a few more reps.

However, next time I would take it an hour before my workout and after eating a snack. The concentrated caffeine seemed to upset my stomach a bit, which I noticed after things started to get strenous at the gym.

Also, I recommend that people to drink plenty of water with NRG MicroShot to conteract the dehydration that can result with concentrated caffeine.

Overall, NRG is a convenient and quick way to get an energy boost when you need one.

NRG MicroShots aren't recommended for those under 18 nor people sensitive to caffeine and should be kept from the reach of children.
