ON Energy Drink or ON Powered Energy Drink is a unique beverage that uses Ornithine in addition to typical energy drink ingredients such as caffeine and B vitamins.

Ornithine is a naturally occurring amino acid that helps the body to release energy from carbs, proteins, and fats as well as reduces the body's ammonia levels.

ON Energy Drink claims that combining ornithine with caffeine results in a 150% boost in concentration and a 170% boost in stamina, however, there is no evidence as to where this data was derived from.

ON Energy Drink Review

ON recently sent some samples of their beverages for us to try.

Taste

All the ON Energy Drink flavors are non-carbonated and lightly sweetened. I would describe them as refreshing and not heavy feeling in my mouth like overly sweet beverages.

I could definitely taste the alternative sweeteners used, so those not accustomed to these may have to give ON some time to get used to.

ON Energy Drinks are sweetened with sugar, erythritol, and stevia.

My favorite flavor was the Peach Mango.

Function

I felt ON did a good job of increasing my alertness and energy and this lasted for about 2 hours rather intensely and then an additional 2 hours moderately before wearing off.

I can't verify the claim of 150% boost in concentration or 170% boost in stamina since this would be really hard to quantify, but ON did work well in my opinion.

I also liked ON Energy Drink's use of natural ingredients including the caffeine, which was derived from tea leaves.
