Positive Charge Review
The outside of a Positive Charge Energy Drink bottle reveals a leafy design, which automatically gives the perception of something healthy, but let's see what's on the inside.
Taste:
Charge tastes like a citrusy green tea and is easy to drink. It's just a tad sweet and there is just a slight aftertaste from the artificial sweeteners used.
The color of charge is pretty striking. It's very green and reminds me a bit of matcha but in a noncloudy way.
Active Ingredients:
Some of the typical energy drink ingredients show up on Positive Charge's label such as:
- Guarana
- Taurine
- L-Carnitine
- Green Tea Extract
- B vitamins
And Charge delivers 150% of a person's recommended daily Vitamin C dose.
Energy and Verdict
I sipped on a bottle of Charge for about 30 minutes while working and it did a great job of giving me added alertness and motivation. This lasted for at least 4 hours with no "crash" experienced.
The bottle is labeled as 2 servings, but I see most people drinking the whole bottle as I did, which is indicative of a bottle this size.
Overall, I liked Positive Charge Energy Drink, but I wonder why they just didn't go the whole 9 yards and make the beverage completely "natural" instead of just the illusion presented by the bottle and some of the text on the bottle.
Both artificial colors, and artificial sweeteners are contained in the product, which prevent it from being completely natural.
Positive Charge Energy Drink isn't recommended for children or those sensitive to caffeine.
