Punch'd Energy Gummies Review
The company sent us free samples of their energy gummies for review.
I love gummy bears so I was excited to see how the Punch'd version would taste given the fact that they were also laced with natural caffeine from green coffee beans.
I'm pleased to say that they tasted great. There was a slightly bitter flavor from the caffeine but they were still very enjoyable to eat. It's a good thing there are only 10 per pack and I don't see many people stopping at the recommended serving of just 5.
Again, I love gummy bears but I often avoid them because of all the artificial dyes and flavors used.
I loved the fact that Punch'd uses nothing artificial in their gummies. Real flavors and natural colors. Plus, the caffeine is naturally derived from coffee beans.
A packet of punched offers a decent pick-me-up at just 100 mg of caffeine per pack. This is similar to a shot of espresso or a Red Bull. But, the caffeine takes effect a bit quicker since some of the caffeine is absorbed through the lining of the mouth.
Overall, I liked Punch'd Energy Gummies and they are a nice alternative to energy drinks or coffee because they are highly portable.
Punch'd gummies are not recommended for children and should be kept from their reach.
