Wave Soda is a carbonated soft drink that contains 15% juice and no added sugar.
Unlike flavored soda water brands like La Croix, Wave Soda has some nutritional value and delivers 42 mg of natural caffeine derived from green coffee beans.
(They do offer one caffeine-free flavor for those that don't want the caffeine.)

Wave Soda Review
I enjoy a good carbonated beverage and I usually steer away from traditional soda and opt for the zero-calorie options like flavored soda water or diet soda. Therefore, I was curious to see how Wave would compare to the brands that I like.
Taste
I tried all six flavors of Wave Soda and they all were delightful. Grapefruit and Tangerine were my favorites while Mango and Cucumber were my least favorites. But, this is a personal preference. All the flavors were done well, I just don't like those beverage flavors as good in general.
I liked that Wave is ever so slightly sweet from the added fruit juice. It really rounds out some of the harshnesses of the carbonated water and this sweetness only comes at a small cost since all flavors range between 2 and 6 grams of sugar.
Ingredients and Effect
Wave Soda uses all-natural ingredients and even the caffeine they use is from a natural source.
Caffeine-wise, Wave is comparable to a typical cola, clocking in at 42 mg per 12 fl oz can. (Coke has 34 mg per can, Pepsi has 38 mg, and Diet Coke has 46 mg. ) So, a can offers just a slight lift but two cans of Wave would be comparable to a Red Bull in regards to caffeine.
I like a caffeinated soda especially if I'm going out in the evenings and Wave is one that I feel good about drinking since it's low-calorie and all-natural.
The only downside to Wave is that it isn't a good choice for children apart from the caffeine-free Apple. Many parents have started buying their kids flavored carbonated soda as a healthier alternative to regular soda. Wave is an adult soda for the most part.
Overall, Wave Soda is a solid product and is available online or at select retail locations.
