Drank Extreme Relaxation Beverage Review

drank relaxation drinkDrank Extreme Relaxation Beverage is a drink that is supposed to help you unwind instead of hype up.

Superman has Lex Luther, Batman has The Joker, and now the energy drink has it’s own nemesis, Drank, the anti-energy drink?

Drank is being marketed as a drink that calms you down instead of energizing you up and was first launched in Houston, Texas.

Drank Ingredients

Drank is a carbonated, grape-flavored drink with added relaxation causing ingredients such as melatonin, valerian root, and rose hips.

It also has an assortment of B Vitamins, which have in the past always been associated with increased energy, although more long-term than short-term.

All Ingredients:

Water, high fructose corn syrup, sucrose, citric acid, natural flavor, sodium citrate, potassium benzoate, potassium sorbate, niacinamide (vitamin B3), d-calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), valerian root extract, rose hips extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), red #40, melatonin, blue #1, cyanocobalamin (vitaminB12).

Would Drank Counteract the Effects of an Energy Drink?

No, there is nothing in Drank Relaxation Drink that will help metabolize the caffeine in your system from the energy drink you drank a few hours ago. The only herb that’s shown to do this the herb Evodea.

You may feel more relaxed but your sleep could still be short and shallow with a lot of caffeine in your system.

Also, I wouldn’t advise taking melatonin at non bed time periods of the day as it’s involved with your natural sleep cycle.

The Drank website didn’t seem to be working, but according to the article in The Village Voice, Drank’s publicist, when asked if it worked, stated that yes it did and she heard that it mixes well with vodka. Since alcohol is a depressant, it would amplify Drank’s effects.

The target market for Drank seems to be geared toward the hip hop community and I have found it mentioned on several such blogs.

Drank is available online, in the Southern US, and will soon hit the shelves in New York.

The new “anti energy” drink. Drank contains all herbal relaxents…valerian root, rose hips and melatonin which occurs in our bodies to help us be calm. This is a non-addicting,and safe alternative to alcohol,or drugs. Think relaxation with no hangover. There are alot of stressed out people in todays world. Many have trouble finding time to chill. This drink is also great for anything requiring relaxed muscles….working out, dancing (hip hop artists love the stuff)jetlag, etc.
I called the company and found out that a sugar-free version is coming soon.

Ya, it’s all in north Texas. I get it every day…. It’s awesome! It releases dopamine and seratonin. (means your happier) seems like they just tottally bypassed doing anything illegal by using a combination of things to resemble dxm LOL.

Believe it or not, this stuff does work. (Especially if you take it with medicine that makes you drowsy.)
Let me explain. I take a medicine marked as makes you drowsy, I get a bit unfocused, but not sleepy. I take both, I can’t keep my face out of the cake.

The article is about Drank relaxation drink but then you have caffeine addicts posting that they don’t want to slow down. Maybe they should slow down to understand the article.. I drink Drank when I’m looking for a really good sleep and has always worked for me but then you got morons here posting that it was horrible cuz they dragged their azz all day cuz they dranked it during the day.. Drink Drank at home at end of your day and wake up happy energized the next morning! Take it from from an experienced Drank drinker!

I love Drank! It does work. I prefer the red can ( has a coconut flavor ) but they don’t sell it anymore. There are only a few places that sell it. It works well at night and I prefer it over zzquil
