Black Ink Coffee Review

The company sent us some samples of their coffee beans for review.

I tried the Maineiac, Inkwell, and Ethiopian varieties and was pleased with the freshness and flavor each had to offer. I used Black Ink in both my espresso machine and in a drip coffee maker and the quality and freshness was evident from opening the bag to taking the first sip.

Black Ink doesn't over-roast their beans in order to hide sub-quality flavor but instead roasts them in a way that brings out the unique flavors of each particular type of coffee bean.

I also like the mission of the company and the fact that they send fresh coffee beans to troops stationed overseas for free as a way to give back. Black Ink is a quality company offering a quality product.
