Troopfuel Energy Drink is designed to not only energize the armed forces, but also support them. Some of the proceeds from sales support veterans and their families. I was sent a few samples of TroopFuel for review.
TroopFuel Review
The Taste was Pretty Standard
The flavor of TroopFuel was pretty average. I really couldn't find anything to distinguish it from standard Monster, Rockstar, or many other similar tasting energy drinks. It wasn't bad tasting, but it wasn't unique either. I tried both the regular and sugar-free versions of TroopFuel. The sugar-free version is sweetened with ace-k and sucralose.
I Think the Troops are Sleeping
With less caffeine than a Mountain Dew, TroopFuel is a bit lacking in Energy. It has other ingredients like Coenzyme Q10 and B vitamins, but these really have too subtle of effect to really quantify. The drink is promoted as a healthier energy drink since it has less caffeine, but this statement is questionable since it contains high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, and preservatives. I like the concept of TroopFuel Energy Drink and its mission to help veterans, but the product needs refinement if they wish to compete and set themselves apart in a very competitive market.
