Discontinued? This item may no longer be available.

Surge Citrus Soda, which was highly popular in the 90's is being brought back by Coca-Cola.

It has been off the market for over 10 years, but because of the customer demand for Surge expressed on the internet, Coke decided to bring this citrus flavored soda back from extinction.

Surge is Comparable to Mountain Dew

  • Surge Soda = 69 mg of caffeine per 16 floz can
  • Mountain Dew = 72 mg of caffeine per 16 floz

Coke also owns Mello Yello, which is another very similar soft drink. Surge Soda was originally only available online through Amazon when first relaunched but now it's in stores around the country.

By the end of 2020, Surge appeared to be discontinued, with residual stock still available on Amazon.
